The invention relates to devices for cooling gas containing adhesive particles and eliminates the deposition of adhesive particles on the wall. Inside the tube 2 there is a cylinder liner 3 with a gap of 4. A cooling gas is blown into the gap 4 in the direction opposite to the flow of the produced gas. This cooling gas at the end of the insert 3 is deflected by the produced gas and flows inside the insert 3 in the same direction as the produced gas. A gas wall is formed, which prevents the obtained gas or adhesive particles contained in it from contacting the fixed wall of pipe 2. This invention relates to a device for cooling a gas that contains sticky particles.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the deposition of adhesive particles on the pipe wall.
The drawing shows the wall section of the gas generator with a device for cooling the gas.
The wall 1 of the gas generator passes into the exhaust pipe 2, inside which a cylindrical liner 3 is fixed with a gap 4. Pipe 2 is made. inlet 5 for supplying a cooling gas.
The device works as follows.
The cooling gas is fed through inlet ports 5, which flows into the gap 4 between the pipe 2 and the insert 3.
The cooling gas flowing through the gap 4 prevents the entrance to the floor

the particles, therefore, cannot fall on the inner wall of the cylindrical liner 3 and are deposited on it. Cooling the gas while passing through the cylindrical liner 3 simultaneously cools the resulting gas, so that at the top exit of the cylindrical liner 3 the produced gas is so cooled that the particles in it lose their stickiness,
This cooling effect is maintained by cooling the cylindrical insert 3 itself. For this, for example, it contains cooling channels passing inside it through which water or other suitable cooling medium flows.

1. A device for cooling a gas containing sticky particles, including
